BV2 Enterprises LLC d/b/a Family First Leads
These Terms and Conditions (the “Terms”) constitute a binding agreement between BV2 Enterprises LLC d/b/a Family First Leads (“Family First Leads,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) and the person or entity that creates an account, places an order, purchases leads, or otherwise accesses or uses our websites or services (“you,” “your,” or the “Customer”).
By checking an acceptance box, electronically signing or acknowledging these Terms during checkout, placing an order, purchasing leads, or otherwise using the Services after being provided notice of these Terms, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. THE SERVICES
Family First Leads provides lead-generation and lead-delivery services primarily for licensed insurance producers, agents, and insurance agencies.
The “Services” may include:
Real-Time or Fresh Leads. Consumer insurance inquiries generated through advertising and delivered to the Customer as they are generated or become available.
Aged Leads. Previously generated consumer inquiries that may be offered based on age, lead type, geography, product category, or other characteristics.
Lead Orders and Lead Packages. Quantities of leads purchased by the Customer according to available lead types, states, territories, filters, quantities, or other criteria presented at the time of purchase.
Lead Distribution Services. Electronic delivery of purchased leads through methods supported or approved by Family First Leads.
Other Lead-Generation Services. Other lead-generation, lead-delivery, advertising, or related services expressly identified and agreed upon at the time of purchase.
Leads represent inquiries, requests, or information submitted by consumers. The purchase or delivery of a lead does not guarantee that the consumer will answer a call, respond to a text or email, schedule or attend an appointment, complete an application, purchase an insurance product, qualify for coverage, or otherwise result in a sale.
Family First Leads does not guarantee any particular contact rate, response rate, appointment rate, application rate, closing rate, conversion rate, placement rate, commission, revenue, profit, or other business result.
Lead availability and delivery times may vary based on advertising performance, consumer demand, geography, lead type, targeting criteria, market conditions, and other factors.
2. ELIGIBILITY, LICENSING, AND CUSTOMER COMPLIANCE RESPONSIBILITIES
You must be at least eighteen (18) years old and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement.
If you purchase or use insurance leads, you are solely responsible for obtaining and maintaining all insurance licenses, appointments, registrations, authorizations, and approvals required for the insurance products and jurisdictions in which you operate.
Family First Leads does not assume responsibility for determining whether you are properly licensed, appointed, or otherwise legally authorized to contact a consumer, solicit insurance, or conduct insurance-related activities in any particular jurisdiction.
Division of Compliance Responsibility
Family First Leads is responsible for the methods used by Family First Leads to generate leads, including our advertising, landing pages, forms, and consent-capture processes at the point of consumer submission where applicable.
Once a lead has been delivered to you, you are responsible for how you contact, communicate with, market to, solicit, and otherwise use the lead.
You are responsible for compliance with all laws, regulations, and requirements applicable to your activities, including, where applicable:
- the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (“TCPA”);
- federal and state Do-Not-Call requirements;
- federal and state telemarketing laws;
- CAN-SPAM;
- applicable state insurance advertising and solicitation laws;
- insurance licensing and appointment requirements;
- applicable carrier rules and requirements; and
- other applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
Where Family First Leads provides consent records, certificates, timestamps, form submissions, or similar documentation, such information reflects the consent or information captured during the lead-generation process.
Such documentation does not constitute legal advice and does not represent or guarantee that every subsequent telephone call, text message, email, or other communication initiated by you will comply with applicable law.
You are solely responsible for determining whether, when, and how you may legally contact a particular consumer.
3. CUSTOMER ACCOUNTS AND INFORMATION
Where Family First Leads provides Customer accounts or order-management access, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information.
You are responsible for all activity conducted through your account or credentials.
You must promptly notify Family First Leads at support@familyfirstleads.com if you believe your account or credentials have been accessed or used without authorization.
You may not impersonate another individual or entity, misrepresent your identity or affiliation, or provide materially false information when purchasing or using the Services.
Accounts may not be transferred or assigned to another person or entity without the prior written consent of Family First Leads.
4. LEAD ORDERS AND DELIVERY
Orders
Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase the leads or Services identified at checkout or in the applicable order form.
Pricing, quantities, lead types, geographic criteria, filters, delivery specifications, and other applicable order details will be disclosed before payment or otherwise agreed upon between Family First Leads and the Customer.
You are responsible for reviewing your order information before completing your purchase.
Delivery
Leads may be delivered through methods supported or approved by Family First Leads, including electronic delivery, webhook, email, third-party systems, spreadsheets, integrations, or other delivery methods.
Real-time or fresh leads are delivered as they become available and are generated.
Lead generation and delivery times may vary based on:
- advertising volume and performance;
- consumer demand;
- state or geographic location;
- lead type;
- targeting criteria;
- advertising-platform conditions;
- market conditions; and
- other circumstances outside the reasonable control of Family First Leads.
Any delivery timeframe, estimated fill time, or anticipated completion date provided by Family First Leads is a good-faith estimate and not a guaranteed deadline, unless Family First Leads expressly agrees otherwise in writing.
Temporary delays in generating or delivering leads do not automatically constitute a breach of these Terms.
5. PRICES AND PAYMENT
You agree to pay all prices, taxes, fees, and other amounts disclosed and authorized at the time of purchase.
Payments may be processed through Stripe or another third-party payment processor selected by Family First Leads.
When payment information is entered directly through a third-party payment processor, Family First Leads does not intentionally collect or store your complete payment-card number or card security code.
By submitting payment information and completing a purchase, you authorize Family First Leads and its payment processor to charge your designated payment method for the specific order and amounts you authorize.
Declined, reversed, disputed, or otherwise unsuccessful payments may result in suspension or cancellation of pending lead deliveries until the payment issue has been resolved.
Family First Leads may change its prices prospectively at any time.
Price changes will not apply retroactively to completed purchases unless otherwise expressly agreed by the Customer.
6. ALL LEAD SALES FINAL; LEAD REPLACEMENT POLICY
Because leads consist of digital consumer information that is time-sensitive and cannot practically be returned after delivery, all lead sales are final except as expressly provided by the Family First Leads Lead Replacement Policy or as otherwise required by applicable law.
Family First Leads may replace qualifying leads in accordance with its then-current Lead Replacement Policy.
The Lead Replacement Policy may establish:
- qualifying replacement reasons;
- non-qualifying replacement reasons;
- submission deadlines;
- documentation requirements;
- duplicate periods;
- replacement limits or caps; and
- other conditions applicable to replacement requests.
Examples of circumstances that may qualify for replacement, subject to the applicable Lead Replacement Policy, may include:
- disconnected or invalid telephone numbers;
- duplicate leads within the applicable duplicate period;
- leads delivered outside the geographic area purchased;
- leads that fall outside applicable age or product criteria; or
- other qualifying defects specifically identified in the Lead Replacement Policy.
The following circumstances, standing alone, do not automatically make a lead defective:
- the consumer does not answer;
- the consumer does not return a call;
- the consumer does not respond to a text message or email;
- the consumer changes their mind;
- the consumer states that they are no longer interested;
- the consumer cannot immediately remember submitting an inquiry;
- the consumer fails to schedule an appointment;
- the consumer schedules but fails to attend an appointment;
- the consumer does not qualify for a particular insurance product;
- the consumer does not complete an application;
- the consumer does not purchase insurance; or
- the lead otherwise fails to convert into a sale.
Except where prohibited by applicable law, replacement under the applicable Family First Leads Lead Replacement Policy is the Customer’s sole and exclusive remedy for lead-quality issues covered by that policy.
7. BILLING DISPUTES AND CHARGEBACKS
If you believe a charge from Family First Leads is incorrect, you agree to contact us at:
within thirty (30) days after the applicable charge and provide sufficient information for Family First Leads to identify and investigate the transaction.
Family First Leads will make a good-faith effort to investigate legitimate billing disputes and correct verified billing errors.
Customers are encouraged to contact Family First Leads before initiating a payment dispute or chargeback so that Family First Leads has an opportunity to investigate and resolve the issue.
If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute regarding a transaction, Family First Leads may suspend pending and future lead deliveries while the dispute is being investigated.
If a chargeback or payment dispute is resolved in favor of Family First Leads, the Customer remains responsible for amounts lawfully owed under the applicable transaction, together with any fees or costs recoverable under applicable law.
Family First Leads may decline future orders or restrict Services for Customers who repeatedly initiate invalid or abusive payment disputes.
Nothing in this section waives or limits any rights available to a Customer under applicable law or applicable payment-card network rules.
8. LEAD DATA: LICENSE AND RESTRICTIONS
Upon payment and delivery, you receive a license to use delivered lead information for legitimate insurance marketing, solicitation, sales, follow-up, and servicing activities, subject to applicable law.
You may import, transmit, or store delivered leads in systems or services used for your own legitimate business operations.
Agency Distribution
If you are an insurance agency, agency owner, manager, or other organization purchasing leads for use by your organization, you may distribute purchased leads internally to your authorized employees, agents, independent contractors, downline producers, or other authorized representatives for legitimate insurance-related purposes.
You remain responsible for ensuring that individuals receiving lead information through your organization use that information appropriately and in accordance with applicable law.
Unless Family First Leads expressly authorizes otherwise in writing, you may not:
- resell leads to unrelated third parties;
- broker leads to unauthorized third parties;
- commercially redistribute leads outside your organization;
- publicly publish consumer information;
- use lead information for purposes unrelated to legitimate insurance or financial-services activities;
- use lead information for fraudulent, deceptive, abusive, or unlawful purposes; or
- use lead information in violation of applicable law.
You are responsible for honoring applicable consumer opt-out, STOP, unsubscribe, and do-not-contact requests that you receive.
9. FAMILY FIRST LEADS INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The Family First Leads name, logos, website content, advertising materials, designs, written materials, graphics, trademarks, service marks, and other proprietary materials owned by Family First Leads or its licensors are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
Purchasing leads or using the Services does not transfer ownership of Family First Leads intellectual property to you.

- publicly disclose consumer information without authorization;
- use consumer information for unlawful or unauthorized purposes; or
- engage in conduct that materially exposes Family First Leads or its Customers to legal, regulatory, security, or reputational harm.
Family First Leads may suspend or terminate Services for material violations of these Terms, suspected fraud, unlawful conduct, abuse, misuse of lead information, or non-payment.
11. SUSPENSION AND TERMINATION
These Terms apply while you purchase, receive, access, or use Family First Leads Services.
Family First Leads may suspend, restrict, or terminate Services or pending deliveries for:
- material breach of these Terms;
- unlawful or fraudulent activity;
- misuse of consumer information;
- payment failure;
- abusive or threatening conduct;
- repeated invalid payment disputes;
- violations of applicable law; or
- conduct creating material legal, regulatory, security, or reputational risk.
Where reasonably practicable, Family First Leads may provide notice stating the reason for suspension or termination.
Termination does not automatically entitle the Customer to a refund for leads already delivered or Services already performed.
Payment obligations, intellectual-property protections, disclaimers, limitations of liability, indemnification obligations, dispute-resolution provisions, and any other provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive termination.
